Realmente, tenía en conocimiento las metodologías Kanban, y he utilizado Lean, pero Agile realmente resulta ser, en cierto aspecto, algo de uso específico en ciertas circunstancias de incertidumbre en proyectos, y a la vez, la mejor alternativa.
